Can't change the costs on form

The form is showing the the costs for 1 booth is $200 but on the tally sheet, its shows it being $150. The correct cost is $200, but I can get it to change. The previous person editing this form may have put in some kind of discount coupon, i can't find it.

Please help.

I want that cost to be $200. And I want to delete the three Commercial products.

There was Special pricing configured depending on the quantity. If you do not want it then you may disable it and then change the price from 150 to 200 as shown:
