My Account is suspended. Please Help

    Dear Jotform.

    my account is special_showroom_financing,

    I tried to add my Update my credit card number so I can Continue renew my jotform silver Plan.

    But after I Update my credit card number and try to reactivate it is said that I'm Unable to reactivate. And when I tried to login, it is said my account is suspended.

    please help how to reactivate my account?

    It seems your account was suspended due to many credit card attempts. The system will suspend the account after 3 credit card attempts.

    I have lift the suspension and flushed your attempts.

    You may try to update your billing information again.
