Account Downgrade and Refund Requst

    Dear Sir/Madam,


    I am writing to request downgrade of my jotform account and request refund for the auto payment made to my credit card.

    As my current usage of the account is no longer that frequent, I do not wish to continue subscribe to the paid level of the account. I have got no notice before my credit card is charged and I request a refund and an immediate downgrade of my account to free level.

    Your immediate response is appreciated. Thanks!

    I refunded your most recent payment and downgraded your account back to the Free plan. You can expect a refund within 4-10 business days.
