    Is there a way when a notice or auto-response is sent out to add/place a random made code (a new one each time sent)?

    So when others agree to a their section for them in a form. The code can be like a signing conformation by them. As they only get that code. Simple number to add so we know it was them agreeing to contract. Would like to capture an IP per box checked. But the code is simple. As it's in the email only to them. As IP's don't really confirm any person, a code does. As place under the agree box.

    -----------------------------

    The form generated by  Has no code.

    Say Six other people need to agree to their section. Add their codes.

    The reason for auto codes is that revisions may happen bt the original person.

    And the cycle starts all over again.

    Email sample.

    Hello, {firstName} {LastName}

    Action on form is required by you. This may be once or new email will come as a revision was made.

    Here is your one time Code: {XXXX}

    Please click {edit-submission} link here.

    Find section section #6. Click the Agree Box and add above code.

    And click the bottom submit button.

    To complete your required notice.

    Kindly try to use the Random Value Generator or the Unique ID widget.

    These widgets are assigning values or unique codes to every submission made on your form and you can set this as a hidden field on your form so it will not be visible to the users when filling up the form.

    Then you can set the field tag on the autoresponder to make it visible for the users when they receive it.

    "Here is your one time Code: {uniqueID}

    I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    I have another issue.

    https://form.jotform.com/200195377126050

    On a send email out auto.

    I have checked send (The original PDF with form submission data.)

    I deleted all other print form style in print sheets form this form. Just the one original PDF is there. So that should be the only going out.

    MY Original upload PDF form. I see on screen with data in preview. and can download it. But can't get it out by email.

    But that one won't be emailed as attached pdf auto email.

    I've seen it auto make a new jot print form with data and send that out.

    Why is this?

    Push viewing issue.

    When I download the filled in PDF. Chick to open not data is seen.

    If I right chick open in Chrome browsers data is now seen.

    Why is this? Is the form linked back to jot to read data so to great and revisions?

    As if you put this PDF in an email you make in outlook, sent it out. If people view within outlook mail read pane there is data. Save PDF to desktop, open no data.

    Why is this? Or did I guess the PDF is active all the time to read from the Jot server to fill it in.

    If my guess is right, is there a way to send out the PDF as an image? Rather than a PDF.
