    No matter which way I try to publish my form (link or embedded code) it either does not load the code or I get this error message: 

    Error: Server Error

    The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.

    Please try again in 30 seconds.

    It as a brief temporary glitch which was fixed already.

    Can you please try again your form. It should load properly now.

    It is still not loading in either the embedded code or the link.
