When mapped to pdf file, how can I receive the attachment every time someone hits submit?

    I created the following form: https://form.jotform.com/200224669670051  

    I would like that every time someone submits, I would get the original pdf filled out as attachment in the notification email.

    right now the user will have to select "send PDF as an email" after submitting, and enter an email address.
