Unable to clone forms to other account

Hi 

We tried to clone forms from aquaodit to aquapropertydev.

I clicked on the aquapropertydev folder... But still its creating forms upto a limit 5 in free oditaqua account or its showing an popup to upgrade account 

Do note that only the account aquapropertydev can create forms.

If you're a sub-user, your account aquaodit cannot create more than 5 forms as you're in the free plan.

Kindly try to create a form using your paid account aquapropertydev  and let us know if the issue still remains.

But we are given access by aquapropertydev to aquaodit account to manager the aquapropertydev account. In that case clicking on aquapropertydev folder shall allow us to create forms in aquapropertydev account ...while we are logged in from aquaodit account

Unfortunately,only the main account aquapropertydev  can create forms and the created form can be assigned to your account aquaodit to edit or view submission data.

Sub-user accounts cannot create a form using the shared folder.

Earlier We were able clone forms from one account to other ... now its not possible dont know why 

Kindly make sure the the form is allowed to be cloned. May we know the form you're trying to clone?

Do note that your account can only create 5 forms as you're in the Free plan.
