I changed the password and I must have made a mistake with it. I requested a reset email, but it hasn't come through yet. Can you help me please?

I tried to search for an account associated with the email address you have provided, unfortunately, I was unable to find one.
Do you happen to have another email address used with your JotForm account?

I was able to find an account with email address sch****ps@denverdeltas.org
If you have access to that email, request for a reset password link using that email address.
