Unable to publish my form

I tried publishing my Jott form to use it and it's giving me a message.

The message says,

This form is in restore mode, please try again later.

I can't turn this mode off.....

You account was in Dormant mode. I have activated your account now and the forms are also working fine. Please check and let us know if you are still facing any issues.
