Hi when we run this form https://form.jotform.com/200131854945049 from a mobile after you press ONLINE SESSION Button it tries to play a 2-second blank video??
Not good as we don't want this and you have to X out to continue!!!
I have even rebuilt a new one but the same issue happening..
Any advice would be appreciated.

I have checked your form on an android device and when I click Online Session, I am taken to the next part of the form. No video comes up. Can you please let us know the device on which you are able to replicate the issue?
I have also cleared your form cache just in case if it resolves your issue.

Hi Thank you for the reply, its an apple device. We are running the link through an app and I think its the browser causing the issue as we have now run it through Hybrid browser and solved the issue.

I have checked your form and I can't seem to replicate the issue with my IOS phone.
If ever the issue still remains, let us know so that we can check it further.
