Trying to revert form to previous version doesn't work

Hi, I'm trying to revert https://form.jotformeu.com/83426446858368 to the version from last week. 

I've tried reverting via the revision history and in the revision history it looks like it's done it, but on the actual form it's still showing today's changes

e.g. on the version from last week there isn't "Hartsbourne Country Club" in the select venue dropdown (this is what shows in the revision history, which is what I want):

 And this is what actually shows on the form - which is not what I want:

Please could you help me to revert to the version from last week asap.

The previous change made on your form was on Jan 14, 2020. Please confirm, if we can revert the form to that date:

Do you know why it wasn't working for me to revert the form?  Will it work from now on?

I've reverted your form on the change as shown by my colleague. I've reload the page and can see that the change was saved.

Unfortunately, I could not tell why it did not work on your end previously, however, it should work now.
