When I forward a submission that is a job application, including an attached resume, the resume is not downloadable for the person I've sent the forward to. When they click on the hyperlink they land on an error page. Please help us.

That's probably because only you, the form owner can download the file due to the privacy restriction that's enabled in your account. To disable it, go to your Account Settings, under Privacy uncheck the following option Require log-in to view uploaded files to allow users to download the files.
