Form submitted prior to completionAsked by WCSPC on May 05, 2013 at 03:02 AM
Wiveypool Membership Application Form
The form titled above has page breaks and mandatory fields in each page. One member pressed `next' on page one which should have taken them to the payment page - which is mandatory to complete - and the form submitted rather than going to the next page - there are 9 pages and the submit button is at the end.
The user said that they pressed next and it just disappeared. The form registered in the system incomplete.
We are just coming to peak usage of the form with our opening in 2 weeks - please help me idenitfiy what may have happened as I had total confidence in the form and now I am unsure.
I cannot add a screen shot as it does not allow the document type - please consider adding html at least
Is everything working fine now? I've check and cloned your form but I wasn't able to replicate the issue.
Thanks for doing this - I have had no further reports but have only had a couple of regstrations since. Will keep an eye on it.
Have had a report that one of the conditions that I had set up has broken down - am going to check this now. Will contact again if we have further problems.
