Why are my form submissions being received by JotForm, but not being sent to my email address?Asked by heathersqueaker on May 05, 2013 at 07:20 AM
I can see new form submissions in my JotForm account, but the form submissions are not being received in my email account. I can not figure out what is wrong after checking the basics.
Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. I've check your mail log and it shows the submission is successfully sent to your email recipient.

Have you tried already checking your email bulk/spam folder?

Yes, I have tried checking my Bulk Folder. I am still not receiving emails when submissions are made with my form. What else could be wrong?
Can you please try to whitelist JotMails IP Addresses and see if the said issue still persist or not?
