    What is your experience with Jotform support?

    Hi Guys,

    What has been your experience with Jotform support? Do they respond? Do they resolve the issues faced?

    I am having issues with Jotform and the support does not seem to believe in responding. It has been over 2 weeks now and there has been response!!! Even escalation to CEO Ayetkin does not seem to help!!!

    Most of the JotForm users has great experience with JotForm as far as I can tell.

    Do they respond?

    Our reponse rate in support forum is faster than light :). We usually answer questions very quickly and escalate them to lvl2 if issues are severe. We have 24/7 support team online every day and night so if you have questions, feel free to post it here and we'll do our best to answer it here.

    Do they resolve the issues faced?

    Yes, we do resolve issues since they need to. We can forward them to our dev team if we, support team can't handle it alone.

    I just saw your response for Aytekin, can you please confirm if that's related to the missing uploaded files on submissions? Some of my colleagues responded you there, have you tried those? If those doesn't help, would you mind opening a new thread about it here so we can take a look at it? Give us more details about it and if possible, provide a step on how to replicate this issues so we can assist you better. Thank you for your understanding!

    I have already opened a new thread...The emails were sent to supprot@jotform.com because I wanted to share the response to the form . I wonder what is the problem in responding to emails!!!!the email and Ayetkin is also aware of the issues..

    It might be none of my business, (in that case my apologies, but the question invites to anwwer...)  but as a long time user of Jotform, I can tell that the help desk of Jotform is really good.

    I have had some issues with my (very sophisticated) forms (not with Jotform itself) and I was helped very quickly and very efficiently by the Jotform team...

    The thread you have recently opened is still there however it was set to private by my colleagues due to privacy purposes.     My experience with JotForm support has been excellent.  I've been a paying member for three years and have submitted private and public requests for support about a half-dozen times with a solution provided every time within hours.

    When I have a problem to solve, I first spend time reading through the forum and search for the answer to my problem.  It's a great way to learn a lot of new things and most times I've found my answer within minutes. When I didn't, I submitted a formal request for assistance and have always been satisfied with the help I've received.

    We strive to the best of our abilities to answer each and every support request, we even prioritize those coming from our paid users.

    For faster responses, I would encourage you to use our Forum Support rather than email , and  to open a single thread for each request or question you might have

    set  to private mode instead because one of our supporters included confidential details on his answer to you. There is an updated answer already provided to you on it

    To see this private post, you need to make sure you are logged in Jotform.

    Also, make sure you save the thread link or bookmark it until it is resolved, otherwise you will not be able to see the thread in the Forum list

    Apologies for bumping an old thread - I just wanted to say that the JotForm Support has been fantastic from day 1 - Every issue I have has a prompt response.
