Why does the FTP upload form not allow me or my clients to upload the files I included in the form? You stated that if I include these extensions in the form it would allow uploads. It does not work....why. You convenced me not to cancell my account because you stated the form would work with the extension added. In addition, the clear form button will not clear the failed uploads.Page URL:

The upload field can only accept up to 1048576 KB or 1GB at a time. It seems you have set about 2GB on your multiple-upload field.
You should try to lower also the max file size limit since you are allowing multiple-upload. The multiple upload version is known to have instability when the uploaded files are exceeding 300MB size.
Please try adjusting the max file size limit on the upload field on your form and then test again.
Inform us if the issue persists after doing the suggested modification.
- secolorAnswered on May 05, 2013 at 05:19 PMThank you for your response. I had this set to 1,000,000 and had just
changed it thinking the client (on Friday) was limited in her file size. It
seems to make no difference ( I have been testing different sizes) in what I
set this amount to. It still has the same result. All I can tell is that
there must be a browser problem with the form. I will find out on Monday
which browser she is using. I sent you the result from Opera. Finally after
not being able to get the form to work I tried it in Safari and it worked

I agree with you on that it is possible that part of the issue is on the browser side.
I have test the upload field of your form from here http://www.supersupportteam.com/ftp.html using Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera.
This is on Opera browser
