How do I change my username?

Hi Jessica - We can do it for you. Please provide at least 3 usernames in order of preference. We'll be using the first available one.

Please note that if you are using custom URLs to your forms, it will no longer work once the username is changed. You need to create a new custom URL with your new username. You can check the guide: How to Create a Custom URL of a Form
