We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The API team surely have received your sent email. I suggest you check a bit later on for the response from them.
But on the other hand, can you please tell us also your JotForm account/username or the form you have.
I was not able to find and existing JotForm account when I checked using the email address you used on this post.
It will be easier to check on the issues once we know the account and form/s.
