Email alert to another email is not working.

    I am trying to add a second email address in email alert, so forms can be sent to 2 emails. However, it is not working.

    After adding another email, when I click on test email, it still sends the form to the primary email address asscoiated with the account.

    Your help would be greatly apprecited.

    Clicking on "Test Email" button of your notification will always send email to your account email id which is registered with your JotForm account. It is meant to test the notification email content. That's how it is designed.

    If you need to test the notification you need to actually submit your form in real time which can be done by going to your form's direct link or click on "Preview" button on your form builder.
