    Some info not showing in the email that my customers get for submitting a form

    Hi, 

     

    I have created a form where when my customers submit, the Item Codes/Size (UK)/Qty that they write doesnt show up in their confirmation email but we get them in the email that we get due to the submission of the order. What can be done about this?

    @blairbd

    Looks like you edited your autoresponder and then add these fileds in your form. Request you to delete your form's autoresponder you have currently and add it again.

    Adding a new notification/autoresponder will always add all the form fields in your notification/autoresponder. Let us know if this resolves your issue.
