    Hello,

Is the form in question located in this page - http://www.sonicinternet.co.uk/contact.htm? Well, I can't seem to replicate your problem on my end. Everything looks ok in Firefox, Chrome, IE8 and even Safari.

Can you provide us a screenshot of the problem in action? Please help us in helping you fix your problem. Thank you.

I also checked this page http://www.sonicinternet.co.uk/surveys.htm, looks fine as well.

Just to say thanks I have now rectified the issue by unckhecking the regenerate html placeholder image option and it seemed to correct the display issue.
