Page breaks: The Next / Back Page Buttons not working on form

    Hi there Jotform,


    I am re-jigging a form used in the past and find the Next/Back Page buttons on at least Pages 03 and 04 are not functioning. I can not see what I have done wrong. Are you able to help.

    Hello Andrew,

    Yes, I can see that these page break buttons are unresponsive in page 3. I am unsure why there is an issue since there are no console errors too for these buttons to be unresponsive.

    Could you try re-adding these page breaks into the form:

    You can click on the red recycle bin icon to delete the existing page break buttons and add new ones from the Form Elements tab as shown on the left panel.

    Please try and let us know the update.

    I would like to apologize for the trouble caused.

    I cloned your form, replaced each page break in all pages and tested the form.

    On page three, the Next/Back button stopped working and the browser is showing a console error too:

    I tried removing the PDF Embedder widget to check if that is causing the issue, but that didn't seem to work.

    Let me forward this to our back end for further investigation. We will revert via this thread once there is a fix.

    In the meantime, please remove the page breaks from your form.

    Hi, this bug report is still opened and being investigated. Unfortunately, there is no estimated time-frame for a resolution. You will be notified when we get any update.
