How do I change the account name?

Would like to change the account name, url below... from lynnpetrak to FLSmdth

If you are wanting to change the custom URL name then you would have to also change your username. I have gone ahead and changed your username to FLSmdth

Can you please confirm the username for this account, I.e. the username I need to use to log in?
If so, the name should be FLSmidth – not FLSmdth… sorry for the misspelling before.

Yes, that was the username used for login. We have changed your username from "FLSmdth" to "FLSmidth".
