Thank you for providing the form URL. Please change the Mode to Live mode on your payment field:
Please also check if the Business location selected is correct after changing to Live mode.
Once you make these changes, please test and let us know if you are still receiving this error.

Thank you for the Answer, Right now the deadline for this event has passed.
The form processed and we received payment for 85 submissions but now a total of 17 are saying they had "some trouble" I am not sure how many had the error I mentioned.
If I am in test mode is it possible to process transactions or is it that way because I disabled
the form

Please note that if the payment is in Test mode, the transactions are not processed and users will not be charged for the payment made.
Are you suggesting that only 17 users have reported this error?
Also, could you confirm if after publishing the form initially, did you make changes to the payment field? Or if this has been in Test mode from the very beginning?

OMG I did not know this feature existed so it has been there from the start, not only that but most of the ones from the past are also in test mode.
Does this happen when I clone a form? Is there any way to convert them to real payments?

Looking at the transactions in square it seems that it has not always this way. I have to investigate further.

Sorry, but it is not possible to convert them to real payments.
The best way to test would be to randomly check with few users or even check your Square account if payment was charged on the users or received in your account.
While cloning this does not change to Test mode by default.
Do test and let us know.
