Ayuda con la reactivación de plan eliminado por error urgente

    Buena tarde!


    Por error cancele el plan plata que contrate y pague el día de hoy, esto paso queriendo cancelar el plan bronce que tambien ya habia pagado.

    El motivo por el cual cancele el plan bronce es para solicitar el rembolso del mismo ya que subi de plan.

    Espero me puedan apoyar a reactivar el plata y ver que sucede con el rembolso del bronce.

    I can see you had an active silver yearly plan which has been cancelled and your account is currently on the bronze yearly plan. 

    We can cancel and refund this charge so you can upgrade to silver again, your account will be temporary downgraded to free, but your data and forms will not be deleted, kindly let us know if you would like to proceed like this so we can proceed on our end.

    Si me parece bien, pero entonces se cancelaría el bronce también y de esta manera me darían los dos rembolsos, tanto del plata del bronce?  cuanto tiempo tardarían en rembolsarlos? y cuando puedo contratar nuevamente el plata?

    The silver plan charge has been refunded already, we will also issue the refund for the bronze plan, this should take up to 10 business days to have the refund processed. 

    You may upgrade as soon as we set the account back to free, let us know so we can proceed right away.
