How can our company get refund for double charges?

    Good afternoon,

    CEO of Technology Partners, Inc, Greg Nichols was going to downgrade our JOtform subscription and mistakenly upgraded it instead of downgrading. He corrected his error and downgraded the subscription nest day. However, the company credit card was charged twice for $390.00 (upgrade) and $285.49 (downgrade). We will keep the Silver yearly subscription plan and want you to refund us $390.00 for the erroneous upgrade. Please advise us on how to get this refund.

    Are you referring to the "gnichols" account?

    Can you please share with us a screenshot of the amount/charge (all of the transactions from Jotform) taken in your bank account so we can further check this?

    I checked the billing page for the "gnichols" account and it's been kind of a mess since you switched from gold > silver > gold on January 10, 2020.
