Need to get rid of ORDER ID missing

After filling out the 2019 Crook County Rodders Registration Form and hitting the Submit button the following pops up:

"ORDER ID is missing from the for submission"

How do I correct this and will it also pop up on our 2019 Vendor Application?

I am unable to find a form "2019 Crook County Rodders Registration Form" in your account. Please let us know the form URL so that we may check.

The closest, I could find is "2020 Crook County Rodders Car Show Registration". Are you referring to this form?
