    How do you add custom fields that can compute?

    Asked by AnnMarieJohnson on May 06, 2013 at 12:19 PM

    I've gone into the payment tools and am usiong the purchase order element because I don't want charges to be automatically made however I would like the system to be able to compute an order with custom fields such as:

     ________   x    $11.40          x   ___________       x   ________     +                   $5.00      =   $

    # of words   x  $11.40/ word    Enhancement   x    # of issues    Processing Fee $5.00  = Total

    Is this possible?

    Thanks,

    Ann Marie Johnson

    @AnnMarieJohnson

    Unfortunately, I dont see any option to implement this within jotform editor. You can download your form's source code and achieve this functionality through javascript code.

    Let us know if you are okay with this and need further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

    Thanks Sidharth. Not the answer I was hoping for (cause I'm not great with coding), but we will figure it out. I appreciate your time.

    In behalf of my colleague, you are always welcome. I think, we can give you a workaround for that. I'll ask my colleague about that and create mine too. We'll update you through this thread.

    Thanks
