Can we put 11:00AM as the default time instead of "now" as the default value of a time field?

It is possible to create a default time to 11 by going to default time then custom.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for your reply Richie_P,
I'm sorry but I don't seem to find this option from the field properties panel and thus want to check if this is specifically for time option in Configurable List Widget. Please confirm and I wish there will be some good news about that as I believe I saw some earlier post saying it was impossible...
Thank you again.

You were right. Unfortunately, this isn't possible with the date/time field in the Configurable List widget as such can only be done on the basic date-time picker field.
In the Configurable List widget, there is no option to pre-populate the fields in it.

It is a sad news but thank you very much for confirming JohnRex. While it is not an ad hoc request (since I found others asking similar questions as well), can you please kindly escalate this to the development team to see if this can be improved in the near future?
Thank you.

How about using a dropdown field instead of a time field? In dropdown field, you can set a default value by adding : value.
ex.
Let us know if that works for you.

Good day Jed_C,
Thank you very much for your reply and attempting to fill our need. We have already got this idea from another thread read which we have now got this in place as an alternative solution but I'm afraid the solution is not a long term one which minute is important in the scenario and we have to either put a day worth of times into the drop down as options or making minute as another drop down (which we now do) but it looks a bit ugly when the configurable list input is being populated into the notification email...
Hope you understand where it comes from and create a legitimate business case for the improvement to take place.
Thank you again.

We do understand the requirement. And since setting a custom default time in the Configurable List widget isn't possible at the moment, let me raise this to our developers as a feature request.
Though I may not provide an ETA when or will it be implemented, you'll be informed on this thread as soon as updates are available.

Thank you for doing that JohnRex, rising awareness to the development team about this for now would be sufficient enough, I'm should they would try their best to resolve this in the near future once they have some time to look into that.
