The web link URL to my form doesn't work anymore.

I use my form to deal with the RGPD (european legislation/private data) with my network of communtity compost managers. They can't acces to my form wich allow me to contact them further with my mailing list.

Can you fix that problem or explain me why it doesn't work ?

I can see that you are using custom URLs with your forms, however, I'm not able to see the form ID for this form link you shared: https://eu.jotform.com/WORMS/RGPD-CQ. If you could provide the full name of the form, please let us know so we could check.
