Form displaying error message when trying to submit

    We are having a problem with some clients filling our Jot Form. They cannot submit them because some errors.

    One cannot submit because of the currency and the other cannot submit because they don't have a bank code.

    How do I sort this out?

    Could you let us know the exact error message being displayed on the form or a screenshot so that we can check further to guide you in the right direction? Are you referring to the field 'Distribution Information & Banking Details' on your form?

    As a side note, it is not allowed to collect sensitive information such as SSN, DL, Banking information on plain text fields from the users as per our terms of usage. It is required to have 


    If your purpose is not to collect these data from the general public, but from your own customers, then you need to comply with two things.

    1. Add the Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your users to read and agree.

    2. Add a Signature Widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    However, we do not allow uploads of any sensitive personal information like passports, social security cards, driver's licenses, credit/debit cards and statements, bank statements, voided cheques, birth/marriage certificates, visas and photo IDs.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Please make sure that you add these widgets to your form to avoid suspension of your account.
