Unable to verify email address

    When I click the link in the email to verify my email address, it says that's it's not a valid link.  Could this be because I took too long to try and verify?  


    Please advise, and/or send a new link.

    Hi @FelipeSantana!


    We actually need to remove one of the listed names, and add a different name so that we get the email notifications.  Are you able to help with that?  From what we can tell the email address: rfa******a@gatewayhospice.com needs to be removed, and we would like to add a different one.  I did receive the link to verify my email address (je******er@gatewayhospice.com) and that's when I got the "Not Valid Link" page.


    Please advise.

    Hello @Gateway_Hospice!

    If you wish to change the email address that is associated with your account you will need to do that manually from your account settings. We cannot change email addresses or passwords on accounts only usernames.

    To change the email address you will need to click on your avatar at the top right of your page>then click on Settings>next click on the Profile tab>from there click on the edit link at the right side of your email section. Please see the screencast below for reference:


    Once you have done this you will be prompted with a form to change your associated email address. After you have changed the email you will have the option to verify the new email as well, however, you may reach out to us if you would like us to send the link to you.
