    Form won't update

Asked by OCSale on April 12, 2011 at 02:52 PM

I have been having trouble today getting my forms to update correctly after I make changes.

I make changes, hit "Save" but when I copy/paste the embed code into iWeb, nothing gets updated.

It show up correctly in JotForm on the site and in preview, but for some reason the embed code when published doesn't update....

I have hit apple R/refresh, etc.

Ideas? Never had this problem before. I could usually just hit "apply" in the html widget and it would auto update the changes.

    Thanks!

    AW

How long does it take? It should take about 5 seconds for the updates to be live on all CDN edge locations.

I'm having this problem right now, actually. I've been waiting since around 1PM PST today for a form to update and there still hasn't been a change. It's 6PM now.

While we are fixing this issue you can disable form caching by changing the form.jotform.com to www.jotform.com in your embed codes and your forms will start updating as usual.
