Ticket Form - Confirmation Email when Payment Received not Form Submission

    I've set up a form for people to order tickets for a school event.

    I'd like to have an automatic email sent to those who successfully submit their ticket orders AND payment confirming receipt of payment and that they are now on the guest list.

    However, if I use the auto-responder it sends the email to anyone who completes the form regardless of whether they paid or not.  Payment is through PayPal Standard.

    Please help me correct this so the confirmation email only goes to those who have completed payment and not just submitted the JotForm.

    When you use Paypal (standard) payment or any other payment integrations, the autoresponder will ONLY be sent after successful payment since the notifications and autoresponders aren't sent until the form is submitted and the user has successfully completed the payment on Paypal.

    You just have to make sure that your Paypal payment field is a required field. In your form, make the 2 fields required (right-click > require) so users can't submit the form without payment.
