How do I unlock my account?

    When I tried to sign in, it said the account is locked and to contact you here

    I am not able to find any accounts registered using your email address. However, as I see there are two accounts (JohnMeyer_WLC and wlc_admissions) registered using the email address with the same domain. If you are referring to any of these accounts, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

    I believe it is the JohnMeyer_WLC account.

    The account associated with this email WLChealthservices@gmail.com is now active upon checking. You should be able to log in now.

    It was probably locked due to several invalid login attempts and will normally be restored automatically a few minutes, however, you can always contact us to unlock the account. This is part of HIPAA security rules when HIPAA Compliance is enabled on the account.
