How can I make form show boxes that need to be filled out by me after print?

Hello, on my PSA form I have a section that is for me to sign once the parents have filled out the form and it is printed. But when I print out the form the section for me to fill out is not showing up. How do I go about fixing this issue?

You may consider adjusting a submission PDF Document of your form. To add an empty signature that can be printed, use a Signature element from the Basic Elements tab.

Then, in the PDF Layout Settings, uncheck the 'Hide empty form fields' option to include unfilled form fields in the document.
