Problema con formulario y multiple payment

Asked by danycky on May 07, 2013 at 02:06 AM

¿podéis decirme qué he hecho mal?

    Hi,

For clarification, do you mean that you did not receive an email notification of your form from your customer who purchased an order using your form? Did you received their payments? Did you check this submissions on your form submissions page? I would suggest to check it there.

You can also view incomplete payment submissions by following this guide: How to View Incomplete Payments

However if this isn't the issue all about, please give us more details or a screenshot so we can check it further.

    Thank you!

I see, you've embedded your payment form into your main form asking different user information. Unfortunately that's not gonna work out. Once you hit submit, it will not capture the data from each of the forms, instead it will only send the data of the payment form.

The only way to fixed that is to include the information fields on the payment forms, you have to add them manually on each of the form. Do not separate the information fields into a single form.

Let us know if you need further information. Thank you!

I am creating my website and on a page have two columns, one with images one directly below the other and so on, and the other column has the form; my designer (Adobe Muse) everything appears fine, but when I go to the FTP site, then divided as shown in the images that commanded. What can I do? I urgently need to adapt my page with the form, but the images one below the other, and not a top, and another 30 cm below. Thank you
