Jotform is not integrating with mailchimp

Hello,

I have tried everything I can and read all the articles and our jotform form is not connecting or adding new contacts to our audience in mailchimp. 

Have you tried to reintegrate the form to Mailchimp?

Also, is this working before or it's a new integration?
