How to edit forms and contact information?

One of my former staff created some forms on our SharePoint site using your App. I would like to know how to edit the forms and contact info Please

Hello Archie,

To edit the forms, you will need to log into the concerned JotForm account.

Please let us know any of the form URL/ID that was created so that we could track the account.

The person who created the form is no longer with the company, unfortunately not sure what login info they used. The forms are on our SharePoint site. When users fill in the form, I am not receiving the request in the admin email. 

Could you let us know your SharePoint URL where the forms are present? This will help us get the form ID/URL and track the exact account where the forms are linked.

Upon further checking, I can see that there is an account with your email address a**vi@oasi******house.com. The account username is Oasi******house.

Could you check and let us know if the forms you are referring to are present in your account?

As far as I can see, your account is active and in good standing.

What error are you facing while trying to login? 

Please clear your browser cache and try logging. From your email log, I can see that you were able to change the account password.
