The screen for notification and autoresponder emails are blank

    Hi team, 

    When looking at my created emails for autoresponder and notifications the screen is blank where I would update the messages.  Can you advise why?

    It is not blank to my end when I checked your last form ID. Please try clearing your browser's cache before accessing the page again.
