Unable to open my JotForm account - Suspended (Email phishing)

My form was disabled and now I can't log back in bc account is suspended?

Help! 

Also, I upgraded my membership but used the wrong email address - lis@teamlissmash.com instead of teamlissmash@gmail.com. 

Can you refund the other account and upgrade this one instead/

Your account got suspended because of the autoresponder email content. Could you please try removing the email address in the autoresponder email to avoid getting suspended again?

As for your other issue, please open the account and request to cancel the subscription and then request a refund. The request should be coming from the account owner.
