Unable to open my Jotform account - Suspended (Email phishing)

    My form was disabled and now I can't log back in bc account is suspended?


    Also, I upgraded my membership but used the wrong email address - lis@teamlissmash.com instead of teamlissmash@gmail.com

    Can you refund the other account and upgrade this one instead/

    Your account got suspended because of the autoresponder email content. Could you please try removing the email address in the autoresponder email to avoid getting suspended again?

    I activated your account temporarily. Please avoid using the autoresponder email as a phishing email.

    I hope this information helps. 

    As for your other issue, please open the account and request to cancel the subscription and then request a refund. The request should be coming from the account owner.
