got this message: Form over quota! This form has exceeded its allocated quota.

    Hello,  our form is currently showing that we're over quota.  I went and cleared the majority of the old submissions, and cleared my cache.  Also, I thought that the beginning of the month would re-set our submission limit - but so far, I keep getting the same message.
