URGENT!!! Several of my jotforms have disappeared, along with previous entriesAsked by JuergenB on May 07, 2013 at 10:24 PM
We manage a film festival and use jotform to manage the submission process, including the ability for people to upload short under 200MB video files. We have several versions of these forms. Other than receiving form submissions, the forms themselves have not changed in weeks.
There are 2 critical forms that still shows on the backend, but where the form itself has disappeared and is no longer editable, and displays just a blank screen. Also, the previous submissions are not accessible, even though they still show up like on the screen-shot below.
We've tested this onm multiple computers and browsers, the behavior is the same.
Please advise urgently:
We need to get these forms back online ASAP, along with all previously submitted data.
I am concerned about this: If opening the the forms in a corrputed state has auto-saved them, then they need to be restored to May 5 or 6 status, with 77 and 13 submissions as depicted in the screen caps above.
Please call us at 732 485-6084 (mobile) to discuss what needs to be done to get this data back. We are at a critical stage in putting on this film festival and are relying on jotform to help resolve this issue with our production forms.

PS I should let you know that as an emergency measure at least I was able to download previously submitted files via links in the email notifications that we had received from these form submissions.

We have found the reason that cause empty forms in a 2 hours time-window.
Problem has already been fixed and your form reverted back to original version on our backups.

With a quick glance at 5:00am it looks like all is OK, I'll test our other forms later today and will revert in case there were other forms affected.
