It is not blank. But that is likely related to the forms cache or the way how to get the URL, it is not secure as you could see. The form URL starts with http://form. It should be https://form

For the form cache, I've cleared that for you. Please check again and let us know if the issue persists.

Also, try this URL of the form https://www.jotform.com/60424093300139. It's 'www' instead of 'form'.

My apologies, i may have misspelled the link. The issue I am experiencing is for all of my forms, if you go to any part of the website that shows the form link it will show like the following: https://form.jotform.com/60424093300139. For some reason the form part of form.jotform.com is acting up and this is the URL the website provides us with circled in red in the screenshot below. This is when we try to preview the form while editing.  The same link also shows under the PUBLISH section.

What internet provider do you use?

Please kindly check it using a different internet provider. For example, if you use different providers for mobile and office/home internet, check the form using a cellular connection. Please let us know how it goes.

We are using optimum on our desktops, I tried the link on my mobile device and it worked so it seems like optimum is the problem. Is there a way for Jotform to reach out to them and resolve this?

Before we escalate a ticket to our developers, could you please let us know if you use any security-related software on your desktops (e.g. antivirus, antimalware, firewall, browser extension)? This could be also related to some software, so it is worth checking with disabled security-related software.
