no inbox option

    When I view my forms and I select one, I can't see the "inbox" option that should appear and allow me to view the entries.   This shows up on my Mac using Chrome/Firefox, but when I use my Windows computer and Internet explorer, the inbox option is now gone?

     

    What's happening here?  I'd like to be able to log-in and view individual entires like I can using inbox but the option doesn't show using Windows/IE combination.  Same account, same log-in, works fine on Mac Chrome/FF

    Can you please try downloading Windows Google Chrome and Firefox and see if it works? Also, I would suggest clearing your Internet Explorer browser cache and cookies and log in again.

    In addition to that, may we know what Internet Explorer browser and Window OS version you are using?
