Conditional fields don't show up in the matching field list for Mail Chimp integration
My Jot form fields that are hidden when users come first visit the form don't show up as potential matches to my Mail Chimp list fields.
Is there a work around for this? Specifically, it is the fields city, state, and zip code that I want to capture.
I've tried clearing the cache and different browsers, but no luck.

First of, please note that you need to integrate your form to MailChimp inorder for the submissions to be added on your MailChimp list, as upon checking your form is currently not integrated to MailChimp. You can refer to this guide to learn more on how to integrate your form to MailChimp: http://jotform.me/help/163-How-to-Integrate-with-MailChimp
Do you mean that the address field which you have in condition doesn't show up or match up in any of your mailchimp list? If yes, then integrating your address fields can be integrated with MailChimp by using an Address Field on JotForm and matching it up by adding an Address field as well on MailChimp.
However, in your case since you have the address on a text field you can instead create a text field as well on MailChimp that you want to match up with the fields that you have.
Hope this helps.

I was able to reproduce the problem with 'missing' fields on the integration mapping step, but I do not think that this issue is related to conditions.
We will try to check this with our Developers.
In the meantime, please try to use Moonzkie's solution with the Address Field tool.

Fixed. You can now select those fields on the MailChimp integration wizard.

Thanks! The conditional fields are working on the mapping step
