Forr example, a "Submit" button should read "Valider" or "Soumettre" in French, How can I change the language on the button? Or the message indicating successful submission of the form at the end should be in French. Can I customize the form in this way? It would be easier if you provided a French version.

I am answering my own question. I see another similar question about German in the list of questions. I will try the editing process suggested there and see if that covers my needs.

Answering my own question again, I found that buttons have "properties", and this allows you to change the text on the button. It looks like translation is possible.
Still it would be nice if there were versions of buttons and messages already available for other languages.

You can actually change form builder to your desired language. On the footer section, you can select language there.
Labels can be manually edited on the form builder, even button texts. It's all in the properties.
