PayPal Pro Integration Error: This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant’s account is not able to process transactions.

    I have confirmed I have a business account with Paypal and connected the account successfully. When we had someone try to complete a transaction, the attached error came up.

    The error is most likely related to the PayPal account. According to the PayPal Pro integration, to be able to use it you need a 'PayPal Website Payments Pro' service enabled for your PayPal account.

    You may contact PayPal for details.

    As an alternative, you may consider using a PayPal Standard integration. You should be able to connect it simply by adding your PayPal account. Also, it comes without monthly payments from PayPal.
