I have 2 forms form1 and form2
2-nd form was cloned from 1-st make some changes and I create new notification.
Why I recive 2 notification for 2-nd form:notification for 1-st form and second form on my inbox ?
For 1-st form every is OK

It's because you have two (2) notification settings within the second form. Delete the one of them so that you will only received single notification.
