    Hi matthewbird,

    I went to your account to check the toolbar. The Form Style tab that I saw in your form builder contains all the standard buttons. To get your Iframe source code, please go to Setup & Embed tab and click the Embed Form button

    Then click Iframe in the Embed Form Wizard. From there you can get the Iframe source code.

    For your convenience, I have pasted your form's Iframe embed code below:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.com/form/11020804733" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:585px; border:none;" scrolling="no">

    </iframe>

    Please let us know if  you need further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!
